Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Self-Evaluation Module in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology

HFSA has developed an ABIM-approved Self-Evaluation of Medical Knowledge Module on Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology worth 10 points towards Maintenance of Certification (MOC).

First time visitors must complete the following three steps to take the HFSA ABIM MOC Self-Assessment:

1. Create an account (First time user)*
   *Current HFSA members receive discounted pricing. To receive the discounted price HFSA members must create their MOC account using the same e-mail that is on file with the HFSA.
   
   
2. Confirm your ABIM eligibility
   You will need a six-digit ABIM Candidate Number to check your eligibility to earn 10 points toward the ABIM’s Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program. Click here to look up your ABIM ID.
